What do shy girls do to get a guy's attention?

Just curious what a shy girl does to try to get a guys attention that she is interested in? Does she lock eyes? Glance over at him or smile?

I only ask because a shy girl that goes to my church has locked eyes with me a couple times, I caught her glancing over in my direction. I'm too shy and not sure if these are signs or just me putting to much thought in it and it means nothing. She didn't smile at me, maybe if she did I'd have the courage to approach her. Also we were both walking into church from are cars and I saw her and see saw me so I walked normally to the church, she was moving fast like she wanted to be ahead of me for some reason. Then when we entered the lobby my friends and family were talking so I greeted them, she briefly looked back towards me then continued on.

I'm shy, and I tend to do the whole "keep looking over" thing. I wouldn't smile, as I get worried if I smile, the guy will KNOW I like him and might not like me and it would be horribly embarrassing! Maybe try smiling at her and just saying "hi" if you're interested in her. Shy girls won't make a move!

Well that's interesting and helpful acually. I'll have leave my comfort zone and just try talking to her because she does seem really shy but she will look into my eyes, she's done it a couple time, but she lately she's just been glancing over were I sit and breifly look then look away. Of course from what you said, it could mean something or nothing but I'll never know unless I talk to her :/

A girl who is really shy isn't going to show any obvious signs to get your attention. A girl might glance at you but that might not mean that she wants attention from you. Anyone can glance at you for any number of reasons. With shy girls you're just not going to know until you get to know her. YOU are going to have to be the one to show her that you're interested. I suggest befriending her.

Nothing...see im not shy but i am completely oblivious to guys flirting/showing interest in me...it's sad really lol...I've always been awkward around guys but hey does no harm
