Ladies: What is it about the Quarterback that you find so attractive?

So I met up with an old friend from high school last night and me and him got to talking about our sports memories. I was always a baseball player for our school whereas he was always a football player and by senior year he was the varsity QB.

And one thing that came up is that he would ALWAYS have girls all over him, and he says it wasn't really him pulling in all the girl but the fact that he was the QB of our school's varsity team (we were a pretty good football school).

So what is it about the QB that you girls like so much? Is it the confidence? The intelligence you need to have? Leadership? Talent?

It makes no sense to me because as a starting pitcher (I was the varsity Ace my junior year) for my school's baseball team I needed to have the same qualities but girls never even gave me a chance lmao.

Ahhh The QB syndrome----He controls the pace of the game, He is calm under pressure, and he is the leader of a team. A very manly position overall. Women swoon over the top dog because he is confident, strong, and can control his emotions.

I think it takes a huge sense of discipline to control your nerves, and get in gear. He has to make sure every one on his team is reliable, and football, especially, takes a toll on the trust around you. You have to trust the guy next to you, and he has to trust you to have each others back-----that is a very sexy quality. Teamwork is a wonderful thing to own and control---Women know you can compromise, you can trust, and your willing to put yourself out there and "take one" for the team. Smart Women do not like you thinking its expected for you take one on them, but if you have the ability to compromise, then your one step higher on the step then other men.

Baseball Pitchers are really cute too. I don't understand the difference between baseball leadership vs football leadership, but Personally, I like baseball better.

Pitchers lead in a different way in that they take the blame for any run scored by the opposing team. Less of a signal caller for the rest of the team but what he does on the mound can determine the result of the game.

Well nice body for once and th stuff you mentioned. But I would that the bigger part of that is him being popular. If you're at a high school where football is really big, that makes him the hero of that school (not only for girls but for all sports fans) and that's what makes him attractive.

Poeple often say that women are attracted to "status" and to some extent that's true. Now high school most of the things that define status in real life are just not present yet, so being sucessfull in sports, particualry a popular sport is mostly what defines staus in high school. Along with a good body, some confidence and a decent personality, that makes him a pretty good deal

Nice body, usually good looking, almost always confident, he runs the team and all the other guys seem to respect him..But being an athlete in general is attractive. So it's not like just because you aren't the QB that means you ain't sh*t, plenty of other athletic guys got girls its about how the guy is overall

I personally think guys who are athletic in general have the potential to be attractive. Regardless of what particular sport or position...

I would assume girls are attracted to him because he was leading and in doing so knew the people to know and whatever cliche high school stuff haha.
