What does it mean if she looks and stares at me a lot?

I was in line at Wonderland a local amusement park for a new ride (leviathin)the other day and there was this girl in line who was really cute and I couldn't stop looking at her. However I had to limit myself to how often I looked because every time I glanced over at her she was looking right back at me. This went on for about an hour and we were both with a group of friends. She would be looking at me while having a Convo with her friend and smiling and I would do the same. Do you think he was interested in me and that I should have talked to her? Or am I just being stupid. What do I even say when I approach her?

Oh Wow. There's a 2-level analysis here. First, when a girl stares at you 'a lot' just like that with no emotion, it usually (70% of the time) means she's self-conscious about something you may notice. If you have the courage and skill, you can use what's on her mind as your ice breaker, but it involves being smart with that, which is not always easy. Playful, when that happens is always a better way to go. Second... BRO! She smiled at you? That's a playful girl's way to say "hello!". It means "talk to me". Listen don't beat yourself up for this this though. I got burned like that 100 times before I realized what a smile is to women. It doesn't mean she wants you 'now' it just means that if you are just as playful as she is, she definitely would want to see you again. Keep it up, one thing is for sure, you have to have swag otherwise she wouldn't have smiled at you! Take care!

Well this is when a girl looks at you for a long time but doesn't smile. When she smiles, its an invitation, when she doesn't its something else. What you have to do when she doesn't smile is put yourself in her shoes and wonder what she's thinking about. If she's the only one wearing a raincoat and rain boots, that says, she's not afraid to be different and 'maybe' has something to prove. Again this is hard and depends on the context LOL. I prefer invitations... :D

It was pretty sick, the drop goes on forever! And it almost strait down so as you could imagine its pretty sweet. Line actually goes faster than behemoth too which is a bonus. My ass was barely on the seat the whole ride

Maybe she noticed that you're looking at her, and looks at you to see if you're looking at her again.. :D

Based from my experience, if girls see a stranger that they like/interested in, they arrange their posture or act their best while in the guy's sight.. :))

For me, approach her but not tell your name or ask infos about her to set up some challenge to her and be more interested.. :) Approach her like ecample, "Hi, have we met before bla bla" just to not get it straight :))

Wait, its just for me because I think asking directly the names or showing the motives right away drives to awkwardness and less interest :)

if it was me id use a cheesy pick up line like "i lost my number can I have yours?" or "if you were a transformer you'd be optimusfinneee" or another one "so what are doing besides being cute?" or just be straight forward an ask for her number lol and if she's staring that much an smiling then she's interested

Duh she's interested and all you have to say is hi my name is blankety blank blank and then comment on something she is wearing like a cool t-shirt or an interesting tattoo. It's not that difficult to approach the other person once you know they have interest in you.

Oh Leviathan, I got really sick on that ride but it was fun. Well worth the nausea.
