I always catch her staring at me? Is she interested?

I always catch this girl I work with staring at me. I always catch her and she use to quickly look away when I caught her, but now when I catch her she holds eye contact. I get nervous and just keep walking by without saying anything. We've talked a couple of times but that is it. We don't work in the same area but we always pass each other. When it started getting awkward is when once I caught her staring and we held it for like 10 seconds before she noticed I was looking back and then she looked away. We haven't spoken since that. I know I caught her staring first but I guess I'm nervous to talk to her because I think she might think I was staring first and think I'm a creep. But I still continually catch her staring and like I said she's become more blatant about and holds the stare when I catch her. So my question is if she thought I was a creep she wouldn't continue to always stare and make eye contact with me right? And do you think she's interested in me?
