Guys, do you get nervous when you are in front of a girl you like?

Lately I've noticed that when I meet a guy in any situation he becomes a bit shy. This happens with most guys but of course, there are exceptions and some guys I meet seem very confident. But I also notice that some of them avoid looking in my eyes and only look at me when they think I can´t notice.

I've been told I´m very attractive and a bit intimidating because of it. I have a normal personality, very laid back and easy going so I don´t know why this happens.

How can I stop them from being so shy and nervous around me? I want to make them feel comfortable because I am kind of shy myself and I know it´s awful to feel that way. And it makes me sad because my insides understand them but the way I look makes them think they don´t have stand a chance with me. And I really like some of them!

Are you asking to avoid such situation with all the shy guys you meet or for a particular guy. I'll suggest you to initiate conversation with such guys because if he is shy he will think a lot initiating conversation with a girl so in suhc circumstances a girl should take a chance else both will just share a look wiht each other. When you come across such a guy just say 'hi' to him and next time when he ll come in front of you last time boost up given by you is enough for him to start a conversation with you.

Anyway I am not a shy guy but I feel that in such case girl is the better person to initiate conversation,

This is a tough one. Its VERY hard to get over that "shes too good for me" barrier and it blinds us to signs from the girl that would otherwise be crystal clear.

Id say the best option here is just for you to take some initiative. This doesn't mean that you'll have to "wear the pants" throughout the relationship. Once he realizes that you accept him, he will slowly take the reigns.

Attractive girls are intimidating, especially if they are shy. Because your shyness can be interpretted as you being cold/having your defenses up. So I would usually not even bother then.

for me, if a girls defense are up I don't even bother wasting my energy on trying to communicate with her, try to be open but not vulnerable

Sometimes, if she has a friend around it is very hard to make a go and talk to her straight.
