I've always gotten compliments from guys on my body. There's this guy who is really cute and I always see him leaning in from his desk when he sees me and follow me with his eyes wherever I walk to. He does it with a normal expression and does it quite a lot. He makes it be known that he's staring too. Why would you think he'll make it "known"?

That thing about "He makes it be known that he's staring" is quite pointless... He may be a stalker, or he could be depressed about something and just sees you... Or he may just want to, have a date? I don't know, but for me that's not a sine of anything (When I do that, I just do it to see the reaction I get from the person I'm looking to. He is trying to flirt by taking as little risk as possible I think. He just want to show you that he likes what he sees probably hoping that you stare back, in which case that could mean the game is on.
