Can a guy feel smaller boobs during a hug?

I really want to turn a guy on by pressing my boobs against him when we hug. but I don't have super huge boobs so I'm afraid he won't be able to feel much and it won't do anything. I'm not completely flat chested but still.

also I wear a push up bra with a bit of padding...can guys tell when you have on this kind of bra and does it ruin the feeling for them? or does it feel good just to have boobs against you?

You don't need a push-up bra:) they are like bags of chips, you open them and there is only half of what you expect xD

He will probably feel it, but not as much as a bigger cup obviously:)

mostly any guy can feel a girl pressing her chest against his. what would be better is if you press your hips aganst his and held him in your arms for about a minute.
