As for whether we feel any sexual tension from the interaction: a young guy might, but as we mature, it really depends on the nature of our relationship with the woman.

I could hug a friend or acquaintance all day long, and the presence of her breasts wouldn't really do anything for me. If it was someone with whom I had a more intimate or flirty relationship, then it would likely have at least a minor effect on me, but nothing crazy.

I only really notice boob squish when we make decent chest on chest contact, but I’m quite a tall guy so properly hugging girls that way is a bit of an art.

If I stand upright, they mostly end up hugging me around my stomach and their face gets pressed into my chest instead. If I bend over so they can hug me around my shoulders, the rest of our bodies are too far apart and there’s no chest contact at all.

I normally have to go for a side hug because that way we can embrace each other fully and her face doesn’t get completely smothered. In that situation, I definitely notice boob squish. Too small or flat and it's hard to notice them. Too big and it just feels like hugging a fat chick. Average-sized boobs that squish flat against you so you can still make full body contact are perfect.

If their boobs are small, all I feel is bra and chest. If boobs are big, I feel them going from soft to hard as they come in and vice versa when they leave. I love boobs. Thats why higging girls is fun. I get sexually aroused if I can squeeze them with my hand.

Yes and Yes. If a girl has large breasts it is not as well defined. Smaller breasts I feel more definition and more sexual tension because I like smaller boobs.

Most girls seem to stoop forward to minimize breast contact. But larger breasted girls just see it as inevitable and smaller breasted drunken girls just forget.

Smaller breasted drunken girls give the best hugs and sexual tension.
