it's such a relative term. it really means something that isn't normal to or seems foreign to you. so if you lived in iraq a canadian person would be exotic or if you lived in sweden a south American might seem exotic

I've always lived in a pretty hetereogenous places (a lot of different ethinicities and races) like Philly, Baltimore, and DC (especially DC) so I don't necessarily feel like I see people and think they are exotic... For me the most exotic person I me was was a Russian/Japanese girl, she blew my socks off. 2nd most would've been a Thai/English girl I met in Thailand who had an English accent...those two just kinda blew me away

For some reason, "exotic" is all about the eyes for me.  Google images has a bunch of hits but this one popped out as especially exotic, not to mention hot as hell.

Anyone mixed or black, that do not have the standard everyday features. They look very unique and different from others from their racial background or they stand out.

To me, an exotic looking woman is a woman who has physical features that imply she is not native to here and is from some far off place.  As if her features make her appear as a princess from some far off fantasy land.

When I first  came to China, they all looked exotic, since hardly any are fat.  Now only their naturally shaded eyes look exotic.  And the flouncy short skirts.   And the body stockings with tattoos.   .

Most often, she'll be bi-racial, often half European, half something that is far less common in the US. But sometimes, she'll be purely ethnic (non-Euro ancestry). But I think bi-racial folks tend to be the most attractive and striking.
