Eye contact during conversations?

I think constant eye contact / staring unnerves most people. It can be good to make frequent eye contact, to show that you're listening and interested and such, but there's certainly nothing wrong with looking away.
If I'm feeling nervous about maintaining eye contact with someone, I focus on their nose or their eyebrows for a little while instead.
eyes scare me. its like your staring into my soul...whatever soul i have left. thats probably why they stare for so long, they can't find it haha
dont stare at them, occasional glances are alright. it gets awkward when its too long.
if you do want to stare...i would prefer it to be funny. i have eye lash battles with those im close with haha
Eye contact is good at it shows that your confident but if you never look away than it might make me uncomfortable lol.
Its okay to look away once in a while. Most people do that
If you never look at me in the eyes than I would think that you felt awkward
I'm a huge fan of eye contact. But that doesn't mean you have to bore a hole into her head lol. You can intermittently look away, just make sure most of the time, you're making eye contact.
I can't keep eye contact throughout an entire conversation. I have to look up, down, or to the side for a couple of seconds every couple of sentences. The reason for that is because if I always maintain eye contact then I feel like I'm staring at her and not listening. And she might think that's what I'm doing. Don't want that.
Making eye contact is definitely important. It's a sign that you're engaged in the conversation, and it's also a part of active listening, which most women love.
You don't gotta stare at her non-stop, but definitely work on doing it more often.

Well sometimes I feel like if they don't keep eye contact when talking to me, that they are either shy or don't like me. Why do you not keep eye contact with certain girls?
Just practice doing it with family members, women you're not attracted to, random people. ETC
