Are you comfortable enough with the person that you're dating to take a dump while they are in the bathroom showering/washing their hands/getting ready (not just sitting staring at you)? I live with my girlfriend and we are very open with each other. Some of my friends are surprised or maybe think it's even a bit weird that we're so open and comfortable with each other. Just wondering if other people are like that as well.

I close the bathroom door. Whether I am showering or taking a dump, don't need steam or smell permeating the house. If she needs to come in for anything, she can, even if it just to talk, though talking while dumping (and smelling up the place) is not comfortable and I would hope she keeps that short. If I am peeing, showering, whatever, no problem. But I am not a modest person and have peed and showered in the presence of many people. It is nature, that is all.
