Questions: Girl's Behavior

I have seen 3 russian posts. I mean videos expressing satisfaction when the baby that misbehaves falls down and cries, or how much it is funny when a baby just falls down especially when it cries and the 3rd post; nothing feels better when the mom of a misbehaving baby hits it badly.

Almost all comments share the same thoughts. Very few people critisize it.

I'm curious what non russians think of this.

I believe if such posts/videos were in English they would be banned. If not then they definitely would if the mocking object were women not babies.

So earlier on here, I replied to a guy with a normal response and his reply to me was "good girl" I simply replied "weird" and he lost his mind lol. I told him that used at an inappropriate time it makes me feel like he's treating me like a dog.

He proceeded to go unhinged and curse at me and eventually blocked me 🤣🤣

So I thought, is this something that is now being commonly thrown around at inappropriate times?

Do you find every situation appropriate for it or only certain situations? Or never appropriate?
