Questions: Girl's Behavior

My girlfriend is always barefoot. She can walk everywhere barefoot.
She just takes a pair of sandals in her bag because barefeet are forbidden in some places.
When it's cold, she can go barefoot in her neighbourhood but she puts some huggs boot if she has to spend too much time in the cold. They're the only closed shoes she can stand because they have fur and can be worn sockless.

When she's wearing her sandals or huggs (that are the only shoes she has) for too long, she always complains and generally remove them even if it's forbidden. I don't know where it comes from but she has always felt very uneasy with shoes on. She told me that when she was a baby, her parents wasn't able to put anything on her feet because she was always throwing the shoes and socks away.

I have no problem with that because she's still sexy (even more) and really take care of her feet for make them look good.
But I worry that she gets health problems. The pavement is unhygienic and full of dangerous objects. I'm also afraid she get cold in winter.

She doesn't take these potential problems seriously because she never had any issues. Anyway, she says she will never be able to put shoes or socks on a daily basis because she has spent 99% of her life without anything on her feet. When she's not barefoot, she says she can't enjoy life properly and feels stressed.

Should I worry so much for this?

My definition of the friendzone is this: an incongruent attraction between two people. The person who is less interested (or not interested at all) likes the company, attention and benefits. However they don’t speak up about where they stand but instead lead the person on for their own benefit. Bottom line is the person with lesser interest knows they have an emotional angle to get more out of the interested person than other people (and they milk it). It’s not a true friendship.

But if someone speaks up about where they stand (early) then that isn’t the “friendzone” to me. That’s actually showing respect.

However I am guilty of “friendzoning” women when I was much younger. I didn’t take advantage of the situation but I didn’t communicate either. But when it was done to me (more than once) not only did the girl not communicate but she completely took advantage of everything men do for women when it comes to dating (spending money, watching over her, favors, attention, etc).

I wised up to that bullshit a long time ago. However I wonder how this feels when it’s been done to a woman.

Not all women of course but here's the question. And don't think of it as a complaint.

If the man is "supposed" to do everything in the relationship and even before that:

• Approach the woman (woman number 467)
• Think of a reason to talk to the woman (among what subjects she won't find boring)
• Communicate with her (unless she ignores you or she doesn't reply, doesn't even say hi or contacts you herself)
• Ask her out
• Entertain her somehow (and don't make a fool of yourself)
• Possibly also pay for everything if she's broke, a cheapskate (or gold digger)

That means the guy does literally all the work in the relationship. And the woman does what exactly? Wait and sit around for something to happen? The point is if women really want a nice boyfriend, then how about they be more proactive themselves and not wait for miracles to happen? They can make things happen. It seems women by themselves literally go nowhere or do nothing at all (other than sitting at home on instagram) by themselves until someone (typically men) invites them.
Are y'all lazy, ashamed, shy, weak, helpless or what are you women waiting for? I mean you can be strong enough to get a degree and find a job and finance your living, yet when it comes to love y'all be like absolutely helpless and powerless.
