Prepare yourself 100% before giving 100%

People tend to take on responsibilities that they don't think through or prepare themselves for.


If you say yes to something, make sure that you are able to do everything that you promised yourself and the other person to do because of you don't follow through on everything, it can mean that you weren't 100% prepared.


If you aren't prepared then the other person will not be prepared as well and they will lose faith in safety and security which will cause them to not follow through.
