MGTOW is a modern term for a confirmed bachelor, they do not hate women they just do not wish to have a close personal relationship at this particular moment, this is not set in stone it depends if they meet someone they feel they are compatible with, all these men have done is performed a risk/benefit analysis and decided that marriage/family life is not for them at this time, things can always change.

I'm an MGTOW guy. I don't exactly hate women I love my mom and sister a lot. As well as my aunts and cousins. I even have female friends I talk to on Facebook. But besides that I just avoid women. I have Aspergers and I ant even get other guys my age to want to go to a bar and watch a Yankees game with so there is not a snowball's chance in hell I could ever get a girlfriend. I just avoid women because I will always get hurt and creep them out. I am extremely lonely but I am used to it.

As an MGTOW, as I can see, care to explain to me how seemingly the most members are hateful towards women? See sites like reddit, return of kings, etc. Besides this, what do you achieve by being hostile? What do you achieve by it being a little trend? Feminists, as extreme as they may be, at least voice their opinions. I don't see men doing campaings in order to raise awarness. If I were to tell anyone in real life about MGTOW, I would get the looks! And believe me when I tell you that I hang out with more guys than girls.

First of all, I am not a MGTOW. I am sympathetic to them, but I deliberately do not take the label because
1) I do not want to be responsible for a community I have no control over.
2) I do not want to possible tarnish the image of said community either.
3) I actually want to have a long term relationship, though I am as red pilled as it gets.
Now to the meat of things.
The most members you see being hateful are usually not actually MGTOW - there is a good video about this, I will link it, but to sum it up - MGTOW is about keeping your value to yourself, but many men go MGTOW before actually having any value or accomplishment. These men do not get anything out of being MGTOW, because they had nothing to lose from dating women. These men are closer to angry incels (again, not every incel is angry, I will show you a guy who is actually very pleasant and intelligent) than actual MGTOWs.
Reddit actually routinely censors and bans MGTOWs. No wonder they are pissed.
RoK is a distinctly anti-female site, but it is no more inflamatory than any feminist blog or VICE/Huffpo/Buzzfeed/Jezebel article you can read about men.
What do these people achieve my being hostile? I actually intend to write a take about this, but to keep it short - imagine that you have been sold lies your entire life, that you were stuffed propaganda, and though you always felt it wrong, you could never quite put your finger on what was wrong, or if you did, you were immediately chastised for even thinking about quetioning why things are the way they are - and then someone suddenly pulls the curtain away, and there is Oz the great wizard, manipulating the world, tricking you every step of your way. Would you not feel uncontrollable rage and hatred seeing the mechanisms of your own oppression at work? Especially since you are still powerless against it?

What do men achieve by making MGTOW a trend? Well, what did feminism achieve? The actual, notable changes feminism made are little if at all - but it has brought cultural change. Change where you do not expect it, or deny the existence of it.
Example, movies. I have been following movie tropes for a while. Feminism and feminist tropes have been dominating the movie industry for a very long time. And they cover it up with labeling everything as revolutionary - as it it hasn't happened before, as if before this, the dark age of the patriarchy reigned.
Long story short, feminism has altered society and the mainstream media (at least in the west), and personally I would be happy of mens rights movements had equal influence.
I took the label of egalitarian for a long time, but I realised that taking the moral high ground prevents you from achieving anything.
Feminists voice their opinion yes - and look at what this post is about. MGTOW voicing their opinion. And they get shamed for it. That is the trick. They are doing the same - but they are treated differently.
You do not see campaigns because men realised that won't work. MRAs tried that - but the pull of feminists was too much. And so men interested in equality chose to exploit their only power - their freedom of choice. You can shut down MRA meetings, you can brand them terrorists... but you cannot break passive resistance. You cannot force men to be with women if they do not want to. THAT if why there are no marches.

While I appreciate and thank you for your long description on the issue, I would like to point out that both MGTOW and MRA movements weren't even acknowledged outside of the far West. I did never hear about MRA's being called "terrorists", or even the existence of MRA's in the world news.
Besides this, with your first link, I honestly expected a video showing that not all MGTOW dudes are like the ones you find anonymously calling women sluts, whores, gold diggers and "riding the cock carousel". Furthermore, the video felt a little like he expects women to be full MRA's. While let's say I agree with some issues that they exist, I think I will prioritize my well being (not at the expense of men or any other group, though). That's just human nature, survival 101 if you want to call it that.

by the way surprisingly, I find that Hungary is generally speaking quite gender equal, though it does pull somewhat in womens favour. But certainly gender relations are better here than in the west, so neither the feminist, nor the MRA movement had any serious roots here.

I am not saying you are either a friend or an enemy - you can stay neutral. But then do not expect anything from men, and do not take the side of the opposition. This is going to be my brief personal experience, not about anything with a working vagina. I was bullied for most of my life. And guess the sex of my bullies? That's right: guys.
