First off, this label is very rarely attached to women, no matter what the situation might be. Just like mothers who kill their children are considered "depressed and/or overwhelmed" while fathers are just considered monsters.

I don’t believe female incels are even a thing. It doesn’t matter how ugly or fat a chick is, as long as she’s got a vagina, there will be some guy who will still stick it, regardless.
What makes incels different than men who are just unfortunate looking is their attitude about it. It’s all about the attitude.
Elliot Rodger wasn’t an incel because he was ugly. He was actually decent looking. The problem was that he was an entitled, spiteful little brat who wanted women to come as easily as the gifts his rich family gave him all his life, and because women didn’t fall in his lap by age 21, he thought that was such a tragedy. Fuck that kid and any little shit who thinks the way he does.
I agree about "female incels"... any woman is not having sex if she wants it is just too shallow for the hordes of men they attract.
