I would never tell my mom until I was dating this girl, other than maybe in passing that she's cute. Probably not even that.

My mom can be nice about certain women, but really mean about others. I'd probably have to be pretty serious to bring my girlfriend to my house as the situation is.

However, I might show the occasional picture of a friend if I want to show her something else I liked about the photo or the event, but these aren't girls I'm interested in.

Depends on your relationship with them. I dont talk about girls with my mom. But when my mom meets them she's awesome knows what to say about me and how to make it seem like we've talked about her haha

I mean i might give her the basic facts about you if i was going to hang out with you and she asked who you were. But if the mom is like "so (name) I've heard you like to... Or you've gone to (here)" it shows they've talked in depth about you (:

He has also also invited me to a few things where the people there knew things about me too.
Do you think he might be trying to hint that he might be interested?
He has asked what was on this evening a couple of times on the last time he did that I just said nothing and we had an awkward silence for about 10 sec.

I think he likes you, wants to bring you to this event to get peoples thoughts on you, if its family then see if his family approves of you. And i mean unless im good friends with a girl and we have a lot of the same interests but no attraction I'll hang out with them. But this sounds like he wants to get to know you and sorta like a date

sibling? yes, depending on how close they are
even like an uncle/other extended family they are close to, that's what happened with the guy I like now
but moms tend to get things too complicated and think either she's not good enough for 'her baby' or pries for more details than what a guy would want to tell (that's what happened with my mom and brother the one time he told her)

To be honest. I would not discuss to my mom these. She is not seeing me as a grownup. I'd love to discuss with my dad. Cause he treats me as a friend. I Have disclosed my last two crushes and attempts. He heard my story and suggested and helped me like a friend. I love my dad mre than my mom. She is close with my sister than me in these things

It depends on the relationship they have with their mother. Most guys I know don't talk to their mothers about girls. Most moms that I know of, seem overly protective of their sons. This makes talking to them about girls and other mature conversations more difficult. Fathers are more relaxed about this stuff with their sons, but are overly protective of their daughters.

Yes if I feel we're exclusive. My Mum called me on Sunday and told her about this girl Ashley I've known a few years told mum i meet her in 2019 ... was hopping to see her this Christmas but nz closed to fly.
