There's is this hot guy at my college, and i know he has a thing for me. He is always checking me out on the daily basis. Anyways, I decided I was going to walk right pass him and turn to look back at him unexpectedly to catch him purposely and guess what? his whole body and head was turn already looking at me. I basically caught him but I looked away before he did. I'm not sure if he looked away afterwards or kept looking as I walked away. But what does it mean? He was with his friend

Yeah he more than likely is thinking the same thing. You probably mesmerise him and he's transfixed and doesn't realise that he's staring. I think it's quite funny.
