How long will a guy wait for a girl?

Especially shy guys. If you liked a girl and you're wanting her to make the first move how long would you wait for her to make the move? If she never does would you just try to move on or would you bring it upon yourself to make the first move? What's the longest you have ever waited?

well it depends on the girl at times I have waited a few weeks to a few days depending on the situation , lately I have been trying to make moves quicker than usually cause its the summer and girls only here for that , so I have to be quicker than when at school or with local girls . but as of late I have only been willing to maybe wait a week at max if even that .

sometimes it depends on the guy some guys wait longer than others it varies if there,s a posibility of us getting together I,ll make the first move let me put it to you like this a guy who wants to go fishing is not about haul out his gear drive miles and miles to a lake and there,s no fish in the lake for him to take home understand!
