Told me that I'm an eye candy I had no idea what he meant? He also said I could get paid a lot of money if I worked for him and that he knew someone who could pay me 1,0000 a week working for him in Beverly Hills he's a surgeon I said no thank you I'm fine working here. I didn't knew what to say and what's eye candy?

Eye candy is someone who has no real purpose but to look good. (Pleasing to the eye). You can most commonly see people being employed for jobs such as low skilled secretary, waitress, stewardesses, receptionists. Not all businesses do it but some do.

Basically yes. If he is hiring you because your eye candy it is specifically based on how you look. They do not really look at skill at all.
