same scenario...my boyfriend lives in PA and I live in NY. so seriously both these bfs of ours need to realize we have friends. now my boyfriend isn't a hypocrite at least, he won't be with girls but for your boyfriend to control you/text you/tell you not to hang with guys when he hangs with girls? not acceptable. you c ant stop your life when he's so far anyway. you are young and need to have fun..i know you love him but really do you wanna go to a party and worry he will break up with you or bother you all night? or stay home when the party goes on (he probably woont believe you didn't go anyway) Because we are far, our bfs are insecure..they worry we may cheat cause they are so far. so don't cheat; break up with him or he needs to get over it. he either trusts you or the relationship will fail.

My boyfriend is the same way, and we're long distance too.
One of my best friends is a guy and he's gay, but my boyfriend still gets jealous when I hang out with him. I don't know why, because we don't make ANY physical contact, like a hug or anything.
Tell him if he's going to hang out with girls then he should have to constantly text you to see what it's like for you. Put him in your shoes. Hopefully he'll realize you shouldn't have to have constant proof that nothing is going on between you and another guy.
not to burst anyones bubble but
why date someone long-distance?
im 90% sure there's a guy in your
city that would kill to date you.
He's insecure and/or he's posessive, these traits tend to get worse over time.
