What does it mean if a guy likes to make me blush?

It doesn't matter if we're alone or around people, he gets all up in my face (I used to like him and someone told him so he knows getting close to me and touching me makes me turn red as a tomato) and he'll wink at me and run his hand down my arm, and then laugh. Or he'll make faces at me and I'll make them back, while blushing, and he'll shake his head and we both laugh. And at lunch he used to put his lips like right against my ear and whisper stupid perverted things and laugh when my face turned red. He also flat out told me and one of my friends that he likes making me blush. Soo... what does that mean? Because it doesn't seem like he's doing it just to be a d***

You have to be more specific, do you know him well? Is he a colleague? Also, do you have conversations regularly? Is he shy, brazen, what?

My guess is if he doesn't normally hold conversations with you, he could be bored. Boredom's rampant among kids, especially the depressed ones, I'd say be firm if it's annoying you and tell him straight-forwardly that you don't like being blushed, or just go with it. It depends on you. Personally, I'd feel like it's disrespectful if someone tried to use my reaction as a prop for their mood-uppers.

Well he is very outgoing, he has a lot of friends, so he's always got someone to talk to , we don't really have conversations, it's just like goofy run-ins, or when we were in band together we used to talk on the bus going places and we always had fun, now he quit band, but that's beside the point. We know quite a bit about each other, but that's becausepeople are nosy and so we just hear stuff about each other. But he'll stand in front of my locker and refuse to move until a teacher tells him to knock it off and then he'll walk up to me so were really close until my face gets red and then he'll walk away. One of my friends said that maybe he just likes knowing that I care so much about him that he has that affect on me. But idk.

Yep, sounds like he's interested in you. Well, if you want him, tease him back, if you don't, ignore him. If you choose the latter, you have to be cold, don't make eye contact with him, walk past him, and ignore him absolutely. If you like him, make some eye contact with him, be mindful of your body language, but don't exaggerate it, you also don't want to be easy.
