no he doesn't. i don't look at him very much either way because i have no interest in dating him. but it seems like sometimes when i look back and i see him, his eyes would get red/ pink. Sometimes from the way he looks at me, I get the sense that he knows that I'm attracted to him.

The usual clue would be him looking back at you and staring at your bod. Sometimes guys will find an excuse to stand near a girl they are attracted to so they get a good view of her and figure her out. Those are external clues. Now, he could secretly like you or think dirty thoughts but he could be hiding those feelings. No other way to know for sure unless you or someone asks him what he thinks of you.

@jprez This occurs at a workplace. Whenever he is around, I never look at him (cuz im afraid of him detecting my attraction ). I only look at him when i need to. I never small talk with him either. But sometimes i do catch glimpses of him by accident.

A lot of loner, shy type guys with no confidence usually do that and they are fueled mostly by a a sexual attraction. You may also have a boyfriend type who does this as well.
