Why is he so shy if he's so HOT?

This guy I'm dating is so shy! I swear he avoids me because he secretly thinks I'm not actually into him or something. He is so sweet, super handsome, tall, and he's even got a great career.. But I don't get it? Why is he so shy if he's got it all going for him? He looks at me like he can't believe I'm talking to him, but I'm looking at him the same way lol. Wtf?

However I am shy/cautious with women, although I would like to be with one. Anytime im approached by a girl I always suspect they are up to no good. Sometimes I think I wouldn't be able to please her or make her happy.

You may be trying to understand something that he himself doesn't fully understand.

He doesn't feel he's attractive and probably has been hurt and he may have trouble trusting due to his past. I am scared to open up to any girl that approaches me cause I remember what a couple girls did to me and many guys just think its not worth being hurt again so they won't open up. Don't blame him totally let him know he can trust you.

You can't he might have to organize that himself I have girls I know like me and when I think I might make a move I just think what this other girl did to me and say I'm not ready. Its been 6 months and I'm still unable to trust. I would bring it up and see if this is the case show him you care if it is the case.

My issue is extreme though cause I still like the girl that hurt me and seeing her just hurts maybe he will be easier to break.

Maybe he's not experienced with girls. A lot of attractive guys date unattractive girls because they think they are easier to keep. Maybe he's never dated an attractive girl before.

You should be happy, do you realize how many fellas there are that think they're so good looking, I know guys that think this way. They go to the gym and spend more time looking at themselves than anyone else. His humility sounds like a bonus girl.

Who we are on the inside has nothing to do with what we look like. The most beautiful people in the world have some of the biggest insecurities. Remind him that he's your champion in shinning armor and I'm sure he will warm up ;)
