If a guy invites you to watch tv or a movie at his place, is he expecting more?

So this guy I've been getting to know has invited me to his place for a movie. He lives alone in his own place.
Is he expecting more than just watching a movie?
Because I wouldn't be comfortable doing that the first time we hang out together. He's very sweet, considerate and patient so I think he would respect that.

But in general, if you invite a girl over for the first time, are you expecting sex?

I've totally invited a girl back to my place to watch a movie with the sole intent of sleeping with her. I would've taken it slow but she kept flaking on me so I figured I had to take my shot at that moment or potentially lose it forever.

But hey, if the guy's not like me then it might be nothing to worry about it. But if the guy is a guy, then he's probably gonna pull something. Maybe cuddling, maybe kissing, maybe 2nd base, 3rd base, maybe he'll hit a grand slam, I don't know. But I'm 99% sure he'll try to pull something.

maybe he just wants to spend time with you. but If your not comfortable going there tell him. but also if he initiates anything be up front stand your ground. tell him your not ready. If he repects you he will leave it at that

Yeah, for sure. And this isn't a date, in fact, it's almost a little cheap of him just to invite you to his place in the hopes of getting laid... he should at least have the class to take you out. He's not nice, he's cheap and hoping your dumb and easy. Anyway, if you're not comfortable, just don't go there and be alone with him... tell you'd like to see him but not necessarily alone at his house.

If he's respectable and patient like you say, and like he should be, then even if he attempted he'd stop if you told him. Can't really tell if he'll try or not because in the end, sadly most guys nowadays just really want but if he's respectful he'll stop

If he is respectful, sweet, and patient like you say I don't think he would be expecting anything if this is your first time really hanging out. If I was him in that situation and it was our first time hanging out I wouldn't be expecting anything more.

Just go and feel it out, do what you think is right. You are young, stop worrying about right and wrong instead focus on living your life to the fullest!! A guy expects sex when you shake his hand, you still go out with him don't you? Men are men, don't worry about it, go have a blast and If you get laid, be happy :)

haha I may sound overconfident... but I have only twice failed to sleep with a girl once they are at my house watching a movie.
