Is my husband's friend attracted to me?

Every time we see him he gives me a long bear hug. A really tight one that makes my boobs squish against his chest. Last time we had hung out for half an hour when he came around and said, "I haven't given you a hug". He'll come around and put his arm around my shoulders. Last time he played with my clavicle with his thumb. We were right in front of my husband but his hand was under my hair. I put my arm around his waist, but took it back after a minute because it felt weird standing there side by side with him while my husband was talking to us in front of us. He'll look at my chest, but it's big, that many people do, that's not new.
The first day I met him he asked for my drink order and rubbed his fingers against mine.
He loves my husband VERY, VERY much and would never do anything to hurt him. I of course would NEVER do anything.
My husband either doesn't see it or doesn't think anything of it.

I would NOT want my husband to be this way with other girls in the group!

He's single.

Am I being uptight? I've never experienced this? Is this normal single guy behavior?

I sat next to another of my husband's friends, he's married, and Icould feel him scoot over so he wouldn't touch me, we were four in the back seat, it was hard, but he managed to keep space between us. That is soooo different from the friend in question?

His actions are totally inappropriate. I would lay the law down with him directly and tell him to stop all hugs and hidden affections from here on. Direct statements are the only thing that will affect this guy. If you don't have privacy with him in person, do it by phone. I would also mention that you haven't spoken about this with your husband yet, but if he continues to harass you, you will be obliged to inform your husband. No hugs anymore and no more comments. Are we clear?

That's the only thing this guy will understand. I would at least ask you husband about any business dealings. If he is dealing with business with this guy, then you really are obliged to tell him anyway, because if this guy can show such disrespect to your husband with harassing you, then he will certainly be able to do that in business dealings.

You have some guys who will hit on a guys wife in his face which is normally blown off because he is present but, it is time for the husband to correct him and if he sees it as harmless, you act.

Next time, in front of your husband, tell him "no" you are tired of being felt up for free. A knee to the groin may get is attention and you can blow it off as a reflex from a self defense class you are taking. Then dig in his back pocket and take his wallet releaving him of $20.00 for the show. Put him on the spot it is the only thing that will put an end to it.

your intuition is trying to tell you something, it sounds like he is from what you described so I bet its even more obvious in person. he's an asshole, he should have more respect for your hubby than that. your husband has at least 1 snake in his circle
