Always MEET EYES with him, can you explain me why?

It can happen everytime. And only with him.

When he's in front of me, behind, next to, in the stairs - everywhere around me - I just naturally/instictively raise my eyes or turn my head and our eyes meet. Each time he's around. We don't even know each other. I don't know anything about him, not even his name and none of my friends know him.

I just can't help with it. I do this without knowing I'll meet his eyes, without knowing he's here, this is just as we do when we breathe or blink. A reflex.

Since it happens always, I usually really quickly look away and he does the same.
However, it still happens.
