Why does he annoying me?

There is a boy in my class that always annoys me for some reason. I asked him why does he annoy me but he always say because I like too and it funny. I'm so confused please help me. :(

With his Constant Tease Comes a Please And with This IS--------Please, pay me some mind, I like you alot, girl.
He most likely has a huge crush on you. And perhaps he is just not the type to spark up a convo with Any girl because he doesn't have anything to say But: Because I like too and it's funny.
He may feel a bit awkward knowing how he feels about you and afraid at the same 'insanely' time that you may give him a Rejection slip and tell him To-------Buzz off.
If it bothers you this much, just ignore him, but don't be rude or even tell him he's a pest. Instead you could just merely Say: You know, dude, you're some piece of work, you are..." In a 'funny' sort of way, however not Being------His funny girl.

If your young than that's what guys do when they crush on you, they don't know how else to react to the feeling, and therefore resort to teasing you because they know no other way of getting your attention
