Why does he keep bothering me?

It’s been a year since we broke up. He constantly texts me and we did hang again for about 3 months last year but he told me he didn’t want a relationship so I walked away. Only 3 weeks later he wasback constantly texting me. I ignore all the texts and block him. He then resorts to no caller id. I hung with him like 3 times since then but always go back to ignoring him after. Didn’t have sex w him any of those times. This went on for like 6 months so I finally told my ex I don’t want to speak to him anymore and he said ok and he will leave me alone. But ever since then he has requested my instagram every day. I don’t accept or decline he just keeps re requesting multiple times a day. It’s been a week and he does it everyday. And he followed me on TikTok and liked one of them. He hasn’t text me. But in what world is this leaving me alone. I don’t want him back at all anymore I’m just wondering what personality disorder this is.

It’s not a personality disorder as much as it is a bruised ego. He wants to see you crash out over not having him because he takes your emotional responses as a sign of his worth as a man. Don’t fall for it, block him often, live your life peacefully.
