He is annoying?

This boy at my job keeps saying get it together at my job. Like I know I'm a little rocky but him saying that every four seconds like it's annoying. Is he trying to be funny or is he really trying to help.

Depends on the context and how he says it. If the tone is condescending and rude, there’s no harm in correcting him. Personally I’m not confrontational so when someone is being sort of rude and bossy at work I let it pass, I also don’t want to get emotional bringing it up or cause an awkward shift in our dynamic at work. But you have to advocate for yourself and set boundaries, otherwise you experience what’s happening now where he keeps making rude comments and feels like it’s ok because you keep quiet about it. Pulling him aside (or whenever you are one on one really) and just being like ‘hey, could you please chill out with that comment? I’m doing my best’. He may be more experienced than you, been there longer, whatever, but that’s no excuse.
