Look at what he is wiling to sacrifice for you. My cousin has lots of dating experience and she says you know a guy's interest by his sacrifices - not by him hitting on you.

If he does things for you or tries to kiss you. Other things that might indicate that he is interested is the way he looks at you when you are talking and if he checks you out when he thinks you are not paying attention.
