Asking me to hang out late at night?

When a guy asks you to hang out at 10 pm is he just seeing if he can get lucky? I did text him at 9 pm and just asked what he's up to and he asked "when are u gonna let me see you", I said "when ever you have free time" and he said "right now?"

If he habitually does this, it could be that he's trying to get sex, or you're his option when he's bored and there's no one else to spend time with.
I had a friend who was talking to this guy that would text her at like 10pm-2am every night. And ask to hang out. Eventually I asked her, "Well what's he doing during the day? Why can't you hang out with him then?" So she asked him what he did all day and he said nothing.
He wants a hook up. That, or he's busy spending time with people who are his priority during the day, and you're not a priority... and by the way he said "when are u gonna let me see you" makes it sound kinda like he's a player. I don't know why it just sounds player-y.
Counter it and say "You can see me tomorrow during the day. I'm tired."

No, that's the first time he's asked this late but then again he hasn't asked me to hang out during the day. I know he is busy since he does have a son, works, and goes to school but I'm sure if he was intrested he would ask me to hang out another day.

It's kinda hard to say. He could be extremely busy. I would kinda wait it out. If he keeps doing this, I think he's just trying to hook up. If you liked someone you'd make time for them during the day right? But maybe you should give it a little time

No he asked me. I mean I met him like 4 weeks ago on a trip through one of my friends and ever since we came back he has never asked me to hang out on the weekend or anything.

I am a night Owl and 10:PM to me is Just when I am having my dinner and after that I am just getting started. If Its about sex you will find out sooner or later anyway Just back him down and if you have a fear of doing that then you should stay away from him
