There really is no more context other than we exchanged a few words at the time and a had a laugh. Then I slipped out of the elbow cup and went on my merry way.

It depends on how touchy feely he is with other people. I know people that do this sort of thing, and it means nothing. I also know people that never touch anyone unless they like them.
