Do the boys and men who stare at me think I'm ugly?

Okay. I'm an insecure and very anxious person, which sucks. But I have been told that I'm very pretty. I'm not skinny but have an hourglass shape, a small waste and am on the slim side. I feel I have a lot of problems with my body.
Often, men and boys stare at me. At night some sleazy ones will stare at my chest etc but usually on a given day it's my face. I'm never sure if it's because I'm pretty or because they think I look weird. I get very self conscious about it.
I guess I'm wondering: do guys stare if they think you're pretty? I know for sure that if I see a guy I find unattractive I don't look back again. (Not in a mean way, just if I'm passing them on the street or whatever.) thanks

People in general stare at gorgeous people. Average looking people do not make any sort of impression on the mind and are easily forgettable. People may take second glances or stare at people who look or are dressed crazy, like this guy:

He would probably get a few stares or glances. But unless you dress or look ridiculous more than likely people are looking because they like what they see.

Who stares at ugly people unless there is something seriously wrong with the way they look.
Most likely they're stating at you because you're hot. Have confidence!! Be glad guys look at you

Yep guys stare at hotties and less stare at average normal looking girls.. if u are over ugly than boys might stare even more but since its not the case just assume they are staring cuz u look hot
