What does it mean if guy can't take his eyes off you?

Question

I notice that my crush has kept his eye on me for a whole year. I first notice how he was checking me out and then he started to look at me. He started looking at me everyday and he tried being around me. He started passing by where I eat lunch at with his friend. Now he continues to look at me and pass by my class and looks inside at me. I notice how I'm the only girl he pays attention to. If he always looks at me and has done this for a whole year what does this mean? What does it mean If he can't take his eyes off me? Why would he pass by where I eat lunch and look into my class at me? What does it mean If he bear hugs me and hugs me at times for awhile?

As far as I can see, he's probably interested in you, because if not then he's just a pervert. but I am sure that he's attracted to you but I'm surprise that he would hug you, that could means that you two knew each other and had a good relationship, why not start hanging out with him, see if he's really interested in you or he's just a really friendly guy. if likes you and you like him too then go, but if he's just lusting after you then don't. it is up to you after all. but as you describe him, I am sure he likes you and the fact the he only looks at you then that when I said he likes you. its true and justified.

Men are predators and we can fixate on a target. Now this doesn't mean that he considers you a piece of meat, but a guy - especially a boy - can be totally enamored of a particular girl for a year or more. I wouldn't worry too much about it. The day will come when he will get the courage to actually ask you out or he will discover another girl to fixate on.

LOL the guys answers are funny, but they're all different.

Basically, the hugs are a dead giveaway! This means the guy is getting more comfortable and is testing your response. If he's staring at you, he likes you face. How does he act around you? Does he ignore you and talk all loud, or is he quiet? Maybe he actually talks to you?

Yeah he might think you are attractive that's probably why he looks at you... but liking you? Girl it doesn't matter how hot you are if a guy really likes you he will do anything to TALK to you and then proceed to ask you out. And the guys who aren't doing that are not worth it because they don't have enough confidence to be with you.

He is physically attracted but won't make a move- which could be for many reasons depending upon your ages. So right you are his fantasy and idol. This may be where you would say "ewwe" . He may not be mature enough to deserve encouragement. Or maybe you know him well enought to help him out a bit.
