We've been on a few dates. One night he calls me asks if I want to come outside for a smoke , and the time he got there till I came outside he drew a heart on the back of my car window. I noticed it and asked if he did that. And he said you weren't supposed to see it till morning , does he mean anything by it? He calls me everyday we've been talking for about a month now , he also calls be babe

If he tells you that you weren't supposed to see it till morning then its pretty obvious that it means he loves you or really likes you. If he didn't tell you it might have just been a doodle or it could have been what it was: love sign. But he did tell you so congrats. :)
