What does it mean when you see hearts everywhere?

This started happening a couples of years ago but now I see the hearts more often. The last one I saw was on Saturday and it was in the grass at the golf course I was at. I also found on in ny brothers chicken, a used napkin shaped that way, marks on walls, and on the concrete and rocks shaped in a heart. Wednesday a guy that only normally says hi to me everyday told me that he loved me and he had a straight face too. I didn't say anything back but I did have dreams about being in a relationship but I couldnt tell what the guy looked like but I knew that it was someone that I had seen before. In the dreams we did meet in high school which me and the guy at my school met last year. Also in the dreams we dated all through high school and then got married. I keep feeling like nervous and my heart is beating a little faster. I think that I might love him too but I'm not sure yet.
