It probably doesn't mean anything more than a simple wish that you have a good Christmas. You're an ex and y'all don't talk anymore. That's normal. But you were once someone important, so you probably came to mind. It doesn't mean that they still have feelings for you nor did they send you that in the hopes that your brooding over it for hours. It most likely means that they don't hate you and wish you have a good Christmas along with the rest of the world. And them not replying to your reply just backs up the assumption that there was no hidden meaning or motive behind it.
