Guy's Behavior

Am I creeping HIM OUT or is HE interested?

Well THIS guy has Been looking at me quite a LOT since the first day of school. Thats when He caught my attention for the first time. we had eye contact and he looked down and continued talking in his group of friends (or just listening, he seems like that type of guy who observes a lot). For months he looked at me, but he never wanted to be superclose- he stared at me but then didn't want to take the WAY in the cafeteria when he could just brush by me and My friends, but another WAY around the table instead (yet he WAS still looking). But now these last weeks he has Been maintaining the eye contact, for instance when we Walk by each other in the hallway etc. He looks at me deeply in my eyes but doesn't smile. I also caught him in the cafeteria (with his friends) bending back and looking closer and closer until he saw me and then he quickly looked away. He has Also Been looking over his shoulder outside the schoolbuilding once when I walked behind him... Does he like me or does he find ME creeping HIM out, and is observing me because he thinks I AM annoying and THATS why he is looking?
