Why would a guy stare indefinitely at your face?

I notice he never looks at me, even when I'm wearing stockings, which I find to be very respectful of him.

I figured he'd take a look here and there, but he never does, and I like that about him. I'm actually pretty conservative, and only wear clothes like that for work purposes, otherwise I'm in my sweats and hoodies.

But he doesn't ever look away from my face... he just stares. Why?

Yeah lol that's what I figured... I don't know I notice he sometimes acts weird around other girls, like he'll put his arm around their waist, or things like that, but he never really does anything to me other than stare at my face

I'm sure he's stolen glances, but I can honestly say, I can lose myself staring at my gfs face. I honest lose myself in her beauty. I love her. And I do that. Now, I don't hesitate to notice other things, bit that's where I stare. Her face.
