Ex boyfriend showed up outside my door out of the blue?

Me and my ex boyfriend had an argument about three weeks ago, he got so angry at me that he blocked me and started posting pictures of other girls on his instagram to get back at me (he even admitted that). It's been so calm lately and all I've done is ignore him, show no reaction at all but just recently he posted a picture of a girl's boobs!! With a caption saying that he is with his babe. Now I'm pretty sure he doesn't have one but who knows. I don't know whether I should laugh or cry. What's the point? However my dad told me he stood waiting outside the door yesterday and asked if I was home but I wasn't so he left something of mine outside the door which he barrowed about half year ago. He showed up out of the blue without saying anything also I've been block for three weeks until now, he unblocked me. This is very confusing? What is going on? He still have those pictures.
