I've been dating this guy for 3 months now and we haven't kissed yet. Is it normal? Does he not like me as much? Is he afraid? I'm okay with it but I don't know about him.

And by normal you mean? there's nothing normal about any relationship. each an everyone one runs differently. If he hasn't kissed you and you haven't tried to kiss him, nothing is certain and things will remain "kiss-less" until someone tries. This would make more sense if you tried to kiss him and he backed up. You sound like you are waiting for him to make some move, if you want to put yourself in the waiting position, then don't complain if it doesn't happen, keep waiting.

He wants to kiss you as bad as you want to. There is nothing wrong telling him you want to kiss. There's also nothing wrong with talking about it or you making the first move
