So I've started my new job at a company. I'm super broke right now and really needed this job, so I was really happy I got it. But since being here ideal like no one listens to me at all. All the guys there just stare at my chest the whole time. And it's not like I'm wearing revealing tops with cleavage or anything. I do try to look nice and presentable for work but nothing extremely revealing. Yes I have big boobs, but still how hard are the to not stare at if they're covered.
But anyways all the guys there do is look at my boobs the whole times. The other day I was trying to explain to my boss the problem with some files and I highly doubt he heard a word I said. I even hear the guys in the office taking about me one guy literally said "I wouldn't mind seeing her topless", I don't think he knew I heard but when I did I felt awful. the way they look at me just makes me feel cheap. There aren't a lot of other women were I work and even then they don't talk to the rest of the office because they're in almost an entirely different section than the one I'm in, so they only women in my area is 65. I honestly just don't know what to do.

I think cleavage is distracting. Even if you aren't sexually attracted to them it creates a line for the eye to follow. Not that there's anything wrong with cleavage, I just find it distracting/makes it easier for the eye to wander (I expect it would be distracting for both girls and guys, I know girls in my class that were more distracted by the excessive bosom in the 1968 version of Romeo and Juliet than I was). However, since you don't have any cleavage showing they're just being disrespectful. And if their looks make you uncomfortable you need to tell them to stop. If they don't, tell someone in a higher position.

Well it's not too hard so it sounds like the guys are classic jerks. However this might be a tricky problem to fix. Men don't change thier opinions very well. But first remember that if you work hard at your job, people will appreciate you, not just your boobs. But if you want results fast, you could stick some ratty lookin hair in your cleavage for a day and they probably wouldn't ever look again

It is an effort not to stare. That being said, it's also not very polite. If you've spoken to your boss about it, then the next step is human relations, if not them then labor commission. Hostile working environment is a real thing.

I have, actually. I get it regularly from patients, and there's not much you can do. But when it's a coworker and it's making you uncomfortable, you need to say something. It's not going to stop.

Yeah, I will either try to get HR or the regional manger. One of the guys who were talking about my boobs is a part of HR. I didn't hear him say anything, but that still makes me hesitant
