depend on his look and personality :/
if he's the type of guy i will like when he acts normal, his stuttering will make me really happy because i now know this guy has feelings for me.
if he's the type i don't want to get even when he does not stutter, then his stuttering is almost like an alarm lol. "oh no maybe i should keep some distance with him so that he does not waste time & efforts on me and also save me some hassle“
make sense? :)

It depends... I kind of think it's really cute during the flirting phase before a date, but if he's too nervous to ask me out in person or kiss me on a date, then it does become a turn off. I'd still give him a chance, though.

For the women that feel it's a deal breaker, I find that really unfair to the man in that case. It takes a lot of courage to be next to the person you are interested in, and if they find that not flattering then I'm not sure what would impress them.
If he's nervous around you, it shows he's possibly interested in you to such an extent that it throws off his game. I find it flattering if a guy does that.No it's cute when they do that because then you know that they are into you.
It is actually really cute when they blush and smile nervously and it makes me less nervous.
yeah. i would think he hates me
