I've definitely heard stupid shit like that before. For some reason, everyone thinks pale skin is best and dark skin is horrible. And us in betweeners are just there.
Even within the Latin community, it's always the "gueras" or the light skin girls with colored eyes seen as pretty.
Within the black community, they have that whole #teamlightskin crap.
In the ghetto, lots of black/Latinos dream girl is "A white girl with a black/ghetto booty". Cuz black and Latino men seem to see white girls as trophies or a prize.
It's stupid if you ask me. Yes they are pretty, but so are other races. Just like @JustbanANNAz said, they're a different kind of pretty. I really like kinky curly hair, even afros on women, but they wanna straighten to fit the "eurocentric" standards of beauty. Straight hair is nice, but so are kinky curls.
I asked some people about this, and they seem to agree that on average, white women are more attractive. BUT they said that when you find an attractive ethnic person, she is usually a lot prettier than even the prettiest white girl cuz her features stand out more.

It's sad that people think that just because someone is white they're prettier.
My friend is Filipino and she was super insecure because her boyfriends ex was a white girl and had blonde hair.
The girl was "average" (to me), but just because she was white with blonde hair my friend thought she was beautiful and super pretty. My friend is better now and when she looks back she doesn't see anything special about her. There are plenty of ugly white people. Just like there are ugly blacks, Hispanics, Asians or whatever.
That guy that wrote the article is just dumb. He's entitled to his own opinion though & some people think like that. Not much you can do but people who think like that aren't worth my time. Let them be closed minded or whatever. Their loss.

i think that most cultures have a sizable portion of men who prefer white women over women of other races. i'm not sure if white women as a whole are truly better looking as a racial group. kind of doubt that. but there are strong sociopolitical issues surrounding the value of pale skin over dark skin.
I have read some comments and saw a few YouTube videos about it.
Apparently, it isn't about physical attractiveness at all, and most of those black guys are not more physically attracted to black women, but just running away from black women's attitude, but, not even black women in general, but American black women, apparently there is a cultural-educational problem there.
I'm white-hispanic and I like black women, but based on what I have read, heard and see on videos, I would probably struggle trying to find a decent black women specifically in USA. Middle-class South-American girls are very different to black American women.
I think is not about the looks but the behavior of the average black women, because honestly, by the looks, black women have better bodies in average than white women, they age better too.

Lets be real here. Most women from those ethnicities aren't built that way naturally (few exceptions made). You usually see that build mostly in blacks or latins.
Why women of other races are glorified for having those body types (when they are natural), is because they are so rare.

To me, yes. I prefer the palest of skins. And I love freckles. So there's that. Of course, this is not necessarily universal.
The black guy who wrote that article doesn't sound like he's saying White Woman > All other woman in terms of physical features, more so it sounded like he meant it as White woman = Trophy wife. Being white is considered a social status by some, so if a minority is able to get a white person in a relationship, then their own status as well supposedly increases... I know it's very stupid.
As for prettier, there is no way to determine which race is prettier since every person on the planet has their own opinion of what is beautiful or not. Every time those Hollywood magazines make those garbage list of top 10 most beautiful actress, I swear out of those 10, about 8 of them I disagree with, so yeah beauty is subjective.

Like someone else mentioned, when black men talk about white women and date them, they aren't necessarily attracted to a white woman's look, a lot of them do it because they are angry with black women and are bitter. I have heard black men say they can't pinpoint what it is about white women they are attracted to. I've said it before and I'll say it again, most (black) men who date/marry white women do it because they think it's the right thing to do. Living the Amerikkkan dream. There is no love and there is no attraction. It isn't genuine especially if they do it to get back at black women. Another thing to point out is, a lot of white women alter their appearance when trying to pull a black man. So what does that say exactly?
(1.) That guy is probably one of the dudes who post instagram photos of white women with the hashtags: #WhiteGirlWednesday and #SnowBunnySunday. People like him have race fetishes so they indulge in them.
(2.) The reason you're probably feeling this way is because you live in a Westren culture. Westren culture is pretty freakin' white, so white women are going to be more pronounced in the media because the job of the media is to appeal to their audience. It'd be the same if you lived in an Eastren culture and their media always had Asian women on display.
(3.) In reality, this doesn't mean much. Generally, most people are attracted to their own race but are willing to date outside of it. Those that fetishize a race or refuse to date outside of their own race usually have deep issues.
There are beautiful and ugly examples in every race but I agree that whites are more beautiful. For example it is not a coincidence that all artists use white (especially Nordic) characteristics and facial features when they want to draw someone beautiful. Even in japanese anime or medieval fantasy you see the same thing. The japs draw most of their figures to be tall, with large bright eyes and same goes in shall we say Elves in Medieval fantasy. The opposite goes when they want to draw ugly, evil, no so much in control of their emotions creatures. They subconsciously use Archaic, Primitive features. fuller lips, big noses, low necks, negative chins.
I would say looking "white-girl-ish" is the average perception of what what humans find pretty, yes.
For example: Most appreciated black women in the world are actually quite light skinned for a black woman, most appreciated Asian women have white women eyes, etc.
Most of the time, when I see beauty of a girl of some other race promoted, I think: "Well fuck me if that's not just a slightly off coloured white girl." =/
No, no single race is more beautiful than another. It all depends on how the culture defines beauty. Western cultures tend to define fair features (light skin, light hair, light eyes) as beautiful, but other cultures define dark features as beautiful. No matter what the culture says though, you always define your own idea of beauty.
In my opinion, hell no. I believe all races have beautiful women. It's sad to see that so many coon ass black men actually have been brainwashed and beaten down enough mentally to actually have this perspective. The media tries to brainwash everyone to believe that the "average" white girl is a Carrie Underwood or Miranda Lambert, but it just isn't true lol.

I've always believed that Asian girls are the prettiest. I've never met an unattractive Asian woman. I know plenty (myself included) unattractive white women. That's just my opinion though.
