Guys, when you brush the back of your hand against a girl's ass, is it intentional?

Today, as I was walking in the corridors, I felt something on my ass but at first, I thought it was another girl's bag (there was a lot of people).

But after some seconds, I noticed my friends weren't walking next to me so I looked behind and noticed a guy walking next/behind me on the side of my ass I felt something.

Then as I was slowing down, they (him and his friends) passed me and I didn't feel anymore the back of his hand brushing up against my ass.

Of course there was a lot of people in the corridor, but I, myself, don't touch or brush up against other people's ass because of it.

I was wondering, do you think it was intentional? If so, why do some guys do it?

I'm not the guy who did that to you so I wouldn't know if it was accidental or he's having some personal space issues but personally I've had some SERIOUSLY awkward situations in tight quarters where I'm unaware of how long my arms are and nearly whacked someone on the back of her head... so eh... shit happens.

It's more likely to have been unintentional. Was the it a tight corridor? Was there a way for him to walk past you WITHOUT brushing past you?
Of course, some guys DO, do this on purpose. We call these guys "Massive Pricks"
The reason a guy might do it is that he likes you (or your ass) and isn't mature enough not to do anything
