Does my 40 year old coworker like me?

I'm 24 years old. At first I noticed my coworker staring at my boobs, which immediately put me off him. That was during the first couple days I had my job. Now he just stares at me, in general. Whenever he sees me coming, he stares.

A few months ago I started casually dating this guy I met on the bus, and my coworker found out. He started asking me about him constantly, like whether or not we were still dating, how it was going, did we see each other all the time etc.

Last Friday , day before Valentine's day, my coworker chased me out the door when I was leaving to ask me if I had any special plans that night/tomorrow with my "friend" (meaning the guy i met on the bus). I told him that we were no longer seeing each other.

I guess sometimes my coworker is weird though, like he's always avoiding eye contact with me when we're with other people to the point that it's obvious (to me, anyway). If we're out to dinner or something with coworkers, he won't even look at me. And yet in the office he constantly stares. Another weird thing is he's sometimes kind of rude? Like he'll walk away when I'm still talking to him or asking him a question.

Does he like me, is he trying to get in my pants, or is this just a whatever thing? I don't like him, am actually kind of creeped out by him, but wonder how others here interpret his behavior. Thanks!

I think he likes you lol but he needs to understand he's way too old for you and he's just being a bit of a perv lol as a 40 year old he's probably having a bit of a mid life crisis because he knows he's getting older but it's time he liked people his own age... lol.
