Friends with benefits sometimes doesn't respond to my text?

So me and this guy have hooked up three times. I am starting to have feelings for him and i have been meaning to tell him, however lately he has been ignoring my text. He never use to do that. Sometimes I will text him a simple hi or hey how was your baseball game? and he won't respond. I know he has his phone. He still opens my snapchats but ignores my text. I then cut contact with him for weeks but he always comes crawling back and its frustrating. I do not like being ignored and i think he is sometimes rude for not replying to me. Why is he being like this?

Do yourself a favor move on. Don't waste your time anymore. If someone is really interested in you, they will make an effort. Don't waste your time, trying to chase people.
