What does it mean when a guy comments on your hair?

When a guy asks if I've changed my hair? Or if he comments your hairs getting long? Or your hair looks good? Or touches your hair? Or touches your hair to move it?

One thing is for sure and that is he is taking a huge interest in you in noticing these things.. And in my book that is not a bad thing at all.. In fact if I were you I would be over the moon that a guy was taking that much interest in me.
