Coworker ignores me in front of others, but talks to me when he sees me alone?

He's about 15 years older than me. When we're in a group or with another person (especially one that's higher up in the company), he'll pretend like he doesn't even hear what I'm saying. One time he ignored me and rolled his eyes, and just kept talking to the person he was talking to.

But then, when we're alone and mostly everyone has gone home, he talks to me and is friendly.

What's his deal?

Maybe he doesn't want to appear like a creep infront of thee others seeing as he's 15 years older than you but if that's the case then maybe he might like yah. Maybe he is a creep.

I don't know, I had this once. My friend wouldn't talk to me when he had his girlfriend and then started talking to me again once they broke up.

I'm not sure. Maybe. Sometimes it feels a little flirtatious. And I'm sure I come across as a little shy around him.
